What your post looks like on ToolRadar KI

A sponsored post is its own page in our guide design: you present your tool in detail, readers can see at a glance that it is advertising – and our ratings remain unaffected.

The company “Samplework AI” is made up – this is not a real advertisement.

Structure

Five building blocks, always the same

Every sponsored post follows the same structure. The numbers match the markers in the image above.

  1. 1

    Label in the header

“Advertisement · Sponsored by …” sits visibly above the title – readers know at once that it is advertising.

  2. 2

    Notice box at the start

Explains that the post was paid for and created jointly, and that it does not feed into ratings or rankings.

  3. 3

    Your key message

The “In short” box sums up in two or three sentences what your tool solves.

  4. 4

    Your post

Subheadings, lists and links to your website – all links as advertising links with rel="sponsored".

  5. 5

    Closing with a button

A “More about …” card with a “Visit vendor” button takes readers straight to your site.

What you get and where the limits are

What you get – and what is never for sale

Included in a sponsored post

  • Your own page in our familiar guide design, permanently online
  • Clearly labeled as an ad: “Anzeige · Gesponsert von …” (Advertisement · Sponsored by …)
  • Links to your website with rel="sponsored"
  • Facts are checked by our editorial team
  • No third-party ads and none of our own offers in the post

Not for sale – not even with a post

  • Ratings and assessments in our tool profiles
  • Placements in rankings, comparisons and the Tool Finder
  • Verdicts and recommendations in our guides
  • Unsupported superlatives or artificial urgency in the post

Why? Readers only trust our comparisons if advertising and editorial content stay separate – and that benefits your post, too. Our rules (in German)

Process

Four steps to your post

  1. Step 1

    Request

You tell us your tool, the topic and your preferred timeframe.

  2. Step 2

    Draft

We agree on the topic and structure and create the post together.

  3. Step 3

    Review

Our editorial team checks the facts – and may decline content or requests.

  4. Step 4

    Publication

The post goes live as its own page, clearly labeled as an ad.

Never write meeting minutes again: how Samplework AI works

Sample post featuring a fictitious company.

Sponsored post by Samplework AI · Last updated 25 September 2026

Advertisement: sponsored post

This post was paid for by Samplework AI and created jointly with us. It is not a review by our editorial team and is not factored into our assessments, rankings or comparisons. More about our rules

In short

Samplework AI automatically creates minutes after video calls, with decisions, tasks and open questions – designed for freelancers and small teams with many meetings.

Anyone with several client meetings a week knows the problem: after the call, there is no time left for proper minutes. Tasks get lost, and agreements have to be clarified again. Samplework AI aims to close exactly this gap – with automatic minutes right after the meeting.

How Samplework AI works

The tool connects to your calendar and joins approved video calls. After the meeting, it automatically creates a summary with:

  • the most important decisions,
  • a task list with owners,
  • open questions for the next meeting.

The minutes can be edited before sending and shared with all participants in one click.

Who it is for

Samplework AI is aimed at freelancers and small teams with many coordination meetings – such as agencies, consultancies or sales teams.

Privacy

According to the vendor, all recordings are processed in data centers in the EU, and a data processing agreement is available in the customer account. Recordings only start once all participants have agreed.

Pricing

There is a free 14-day trial. After that, according to the vendor, plans start at a fixed monthly price per user.
